1.1 Nature of Consultation
Our services, including the Metabolic Optimization Program and Expat Nutritional Alignment, provide educational and evidence-based nutritional guidance. We analyze lifestyle markers and 3-day food logs to draft personalized strategies. These protocols are based on current EFSA standards and Polish agricultural data.
1.2 Medical Disclaimer
Zdrowy Profil does not claim to cure, treat, or prevent medical diseases. Our nutritionologists provide nutritional support for metabolic health; this is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician.
1.3 Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate bio-data. Effectiveness depends on the implementation of the Profile Formulation. We require disclosure of any pre-existing medical conditions or prescribed medications before beginning any program.

Payment Protocols
All consultation fees are due upon booking via our online scheduling system. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to qualify for a partial credit.
Report Ownership
Personalized Nutrition Profiles and Bio-Mapping reports generated by Zdrowy Profil are proprietary. They are intended for the primary client’s use only and may not be redistributed or sold.
Local Sourcing Data
Our recommendations rely on seasonal ingredients within the Polish market. We provide the blueprint; the procurement of specific food items is the client's responsibility.

Dispute Resolution

Zdrowy Profil reserves the right to modify these terms to reflect changes in EU nutritional guidelines or local Polish market conditions. Continued use of our platform denotes acceptance of any revised policies.
